After a successful career in HR management and directorship roles and serving several businesses, Toine van Beek decided that it was time to bring practice into what he preached. Founding Intrimotion in 2019 with a proven track record of transformation within multiple industries and countries, Toine now delivers pragmatic solutions to create engagement and transform organisations, enjoying the moment that changes come to life and people and organisation become one.

As a trainer and coach of teams, professionals and organisations with broad experience in change and transformation, Toine is passionate about unleashing people's capacities to deliver both individual and corporate improvements, with the belief that developing your people will lead to better, and more sustainable, business results.

Toine was trained by Dutch management guru Dr Ben Tiggelaar, an inspirational behavioural scientist, international speaker and best-selling author who has delivered insight and inspiration for leadership and change for over 30 years. In addition, Toine is an official licence holder of 'The Ladder', a scientific and proven concept for behavioural change.

When it comes to human productivity and motivation, this same principle can be applied.
